Chadwick Engineering has extensive experience in the metals industry with the majority of our projects in finishing, rolling and casting. Our projects include the design of custom equipment and processes as well as the design of many retrofits and upgrades to existing equipment. Also, we have utilized our project management services on numerous metals industry projects. The largest project we managed was a finishing plant expansion worth in excess of $60M. In the last ten years, we have also specialized in mechanical and electrical installation engineering. In these projects, we close the gap between the new equipment supplier and our customer by providing all civil, mechanical and electrical details required to install and integrate the new equipment into the facility (see our Installation Engineering page for additional information). Typically, our customers choose to compliment these services by having us support the project management as well. This allows our customers the time to focus on the key details of the project.
